MS-63/64. Your pictures hide the contact marks well. The two gashes on the reverse probably kept it a 63.

63 for me as well.
I suspect that there will be a very narrow range of opinions for this very pleasing coin.
That is the result of the excellent picture we have to grade it with.

I'm with the 63 people but 64 wouldn't floor me. The jump to 64 isn't huge for this issue, they're fairly common in grade and gold tends to get a bit of a pass for marks since it sustains them so easily. You can gouge these things with your fingernail.

Obverse is nice but I think the reverse keeps it at 63.

I'm with SuperDave on this one solid MS63 but a MS64 is no big jump on this one!

I would say 63, the reverse scratches on the eagle feathers and E Pluribus Unum keep it from 64
