Raw, something I am not comfortable with at all. Seems I am not the hotshot grader . . . . .

MS?
AU?
Problem?

Would like to get the thoughts of the gallery.

I actually like this quarter. Reverse is stunning....as in MS65. Believe this is MS, but probably dipped. Do you have in hand?

Thank you acloco.
Not in hand. Not my photo.
Scared of it . . . . but I am trying to upgrade my 32-S.
Maybe it is OK . . . .
Wanna hear what the gang thinks.

Could very well be the seller's lighting.

The early Washington's just don't have the same luster as those from the 40's on, when in mint state. They have luster, but a different type.

I think this one is a dipped, extremely high-end AU slider. I think I see slight wear on Washington's hair curls and the eagle's breast.

The pictures are a tad fuzzy, but the coin appears legit. The mint mark is bold and appears to be in the correct style. I am a little hesitant to call this MS. I usually look at cheek, hair around the ear, and the breast feathers for wear and those areas may have a touch of wear but it's a little hard to tell from the pictures. I will go with AU-58 but won't rule out the possibility of MS.
