I'm inclined toward "slider" status, say, AU55, but I'd like to see a closer shot of the eagle's breast to be more certain on that call.

Smaller images don't show as much detail as we'd like but in this case, the important things are all there as evidence. Looking at both the breast and above the ear - points of equal importance in the absence of larger pics - one can see both are fully "rounded," as you'd expect from a well-struck Morgan. Had this appearance of "wear" been due to strike, you'd see noticeable flattening of those areas for such little fine detail to be present. The only way you get this appearance from a Morgan is if it's a decent strike which has seen circulation. I'm on board with AU55 for this one, but the luster indicates a well-kept coin. Nice example of a low-mintage piece.
