ghost, all of those are going to end up costing more than gold Kennedy in the long run.

That aside, what everyone is glossing over is that aside from the big 3 on the IHP 77, 08S (cause that one aint cheap) and 09s, just about every one prior to 77 is gonna run you 30 or more just for a decent good. Half of those more like 50. The front half of the collection adds up right quick.

The dimes will nickel and dime you to death as well. (had to do it) You will be paying a decent amount for nice coins in good and when you hit keys.... yow.

The nickel, aside from 1913, can be had in higher grades for less money. Certainly the set to do if you are looking at price alone.

Please stay away from Folders. They are OK for kids and poor condition coins but to many problems with them for anything decent.
If you look into it, Whitman makes an Album for Large Cents that is only a date set. By this it means only one coin from each year, no variations so much more possible. For example 1794 has at least 6 different types but only one is needed in that Album.
I hate to start a second Album until the previous one is full. That is why out of all my Albums, I only have one Large Cent and one Sitting Liberty Dime Album. One nice thing about IHC's is it is rather easy to fill an Album. Sure wish they wouldn't put the Flying Eagle cents in the same Album.
