It looks too straight and parallel to be a woodie for me. I think these are called planchet striations.

This could be a coin found in a fountain, then cleaned, producing the lines. What does the obverse look like?

Are those copper colored spots on the coin or is it a random reflection? It might be an improperly annealed planchette

Just the Mint attempting to start a new item for collectors.
Or ran so fast on a conveyor at the Mint, got sort of lined on the front and back.
Or what it really looks like is that typical improper mixture of metals.
Regardless, would sell for a bit more as a novelty.
