I'm not sure what the collector value is on that (I'm sure someone here does) but I would at least figure out the gold content so you know the minimum you should take for it if its only worth the melt value.

This is a rather rare coin - worth several thousand, probably around 5000 or so if genuine.
However I am not certain of its authenticity. What is the weight of this coin? Please ensure that it is down to 2 decimal places in grams.

The weight and dimensions are about right, and it looks real enough. Don't try to clean it!
If you have the time, before selling it, you might want to find a reputable coin dealer who can verify its authenticity or help you send it to NGC or PCGS for grading.
I doubt you will get $5K for it, but they are expensive. From wikipedia ("Chervonets" page): Original gold chervonets coins were minted in 1923 and 1925. Very few chervonets coins remain from 1923 (almost all coins, which were not sold abroad and remained in state vaults, were recast into bars or used in production of Soviet military orders) and they have recently sold for over $7000.

Im pretty sure CGS is not a reputable company and 80 isn't even a real grade.

They are a British grading service rather than a US one....

As far as I can tell, CGS usually only grades UK coins (their website), so them grading a Russian coin is interesting (i.e., it's similar to ICCS, which primarily does Canadian coins and are considered the best I hear, when they grade US coins...when they go outside their primary scope of expertise, you need to question the result). Also, since I'm not in Europe, I cannot comment on to how well known/trusted/etc. CGS is, but I highly doubt anyone in America would really touch something graded by CGS (thinking it a basement slab, case in point, thedollarman's initial reaction). If you're interested in selling, I'm not sure what market you were thinking of going after (Russia is probably out...currency collapse and all right now), but it's something to note. For example, if I had 5-7K disposable income, which I do not (and is thusly unfortunate), I'd be really interested in the coin, but not graded by CGS. Can't say I'm not interested in the coin even though I don't have capital, however.
