Just spotted this on eBay--unsure it's worth the BIN, maybe they'll take an offer:

I agree that the BIN is a little high. Its a minor variety with probably minimal collector interest. I also disagree with their description of 'excellent strike'. Seems weak especially on reverse.

That is anything but a excellent strike. Weak on both sides. Neat variety, but as stated, overpriced.

I agree with the weak strikes. The feathers are missing near half detail.
I would also lean more towards the AU range than the MS range.

For some reason I have 2 on the brain. Lol I was looking at the page and still typed 2. I changed it. I love my PDF attribution guides.

I do also.
Raymo, do you have the new (3rd edition) with color photos. My guide is an older online version, and I know I am missing some of the newer varieties. I would love to buy the new edition but I really can't justify the cost.

I think I paid 65 bucks earlier this year. Some of the pics are in color but not all. I just looked and it is the third edition. Rick got with me with emails back and forth one morning and showed me how to get them downloaded to my iPad. I would've never figured it out if he hadn't helped me. Nice guy !

From what I heard this weekend at the coin show, Rick is trying to get his new book out in December. He updates the PDF version of the guides on occasion, but they are very far from complete. This is where it pays off to be a member of the Fly-in Club. All the varieties that have been discovered since Rick's last book have been posted in the Longacre Ledgers. Just this past year, they PDF'ed all past Ledgers and made them available to members online.

Now... who regrets not taking me up on my free Fly-in Club membership offer?

Not to mention, I've posted some 7-8 new varieties on the Fly-in Club forum that won't be attributed before Rick's new book is published. New varieties are found often enough to make Rick's books out of date pretty quickly, and his new book will be no exception. The IHC series is fantastically prime for research. Plenty of varieties out there to find, and lots of die research to do.

I shouldn't be saying this, because I want to find them all...

Hey Ray, it wasn't necessarily just for YNs, but I didn't get any responses from any YNs. I regret that we were never able to meet up while I was at school in Corvallis. I came down to OK for a break and to write my thesis and I got hired out of the blue. If you are interested, send me an email and I'll get you signed up. I believe two other people wrote me, so I gotta get them signed up, too. Thanks for the heads up on the earring... rock on.

I would take you up on it but I just haven't got the time really. I must be getting old, I had forgotten all about you being from my area. Are you missing the northwest ?
