Yeah, that is the only other modern denomination (apart from Ngultrum) I know about
and I had a 10 Ngwee prepared in case no-one posted one.
How come you didn't post a 'Mark' yesterday? Was really waiting for Mark, Markka, etc to be posted.
Finally 'TypesetsbyJ' came to the rescue.
Wonder if anyone will post some one or more of the older denominations starting with 'N'.
Else we will have to wait until 'O' comes along.

Apparently there's a Naira too (from Nigeria).

I have a Neugroschen coin from some 19th century German place, but I don't think it counts any more than new pence do. I do have a few Byzantine pentanummiums (Byzantine experts: what's the actual plural of pentanummium?) but the only one I currently have photos of is a bit too unidentified otherwise (as in the only thing I know of it is that it's a pentanummium, and that only because of the prominent letter).

(surprised that you don't have one amongst your 8200+. but you might have just forgotten).

Yep, I had missed that one. Too late to post one now as someone else has already done it.

what's the actual plural of pentanummium?

Pentanummium = 5 nummi

In English the plural would be Pentanummiums meaning several examples of a Pentanummium - similar to Threepences.

Pity 'january1may' you missed posting your Pentanummium (aka 5 Nummi), here starts 'O':

This one could have been posted as an L for Lepton, but it's also denominated as 2 Obols (DIOBOLON)

Yes, I agree 'davidrj', the 'diobolon' (= 2 obols) is clearly visible. (Note: the plural of Lepton is as written on the coin Lepta.)
Btw, I love coins which have more than one script, more than one denomination or more than one dating system used.

Here is how an Obol from way back looks like, when it was still a silver coin (the holes are not a part of the design though ).

Let me squeeze in another 'O' denomination:

Note: The other side is nearly flat, not worth showing a picture of it.
