There is one small fold in one corner. and in the middle of the note, there are 'wavy-lines'. I'm not sure what you call them. they're not folds, but they're not perfectly straight.

Those are called paper waves. In an UNC note it's proof that it's not been pressed before.

Something like that but as many waves and not as dramatic. Kinda makes it look it has been used, but not folded.
