Of course it's fake; even the Seller knows it's fake. The guy that doesn't know is the idiot that ends up with it when it's all over and done with.

Could you ask the seller to photograph it again, this time VERY sharply focused?  Or, would that be asking too much?  Or, is he asking me too much to trust him?  Perhaps he has been DRINKING the metal polish as well as using on fake coins.

Might be a proof coin.  Or a coin the Mint made using Chrome metal as a test.

I always buy my proof branch mint Morgans ungraded with blurry pictures from a seller with no feedback off of ebay. Doesn't everyone?
