1969-D Doubled Die Obverse / DDO Half?

coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 10/08/2014 02:29 am The "IN" could be just a very slight Struck Through Grease error, blocking the deeper device slightly making these devices look wider. I see no evidence of notching on these devices in this area. So it may just be from a normal die. I check the 1970 motto and they look thick er than the other years, so in 1969 they may have changed the obverse die? They changed the cent that year. Report this Post to the Staff
