Just as you say, Korea (South) 10 Jeon 1962 KM#28 rather common so only 0.40 cents in UNC.

Yep, with Thai-vic.
100 Jeon=1 Won=approx. $0.001 making the 10 Jeon's face value approx. $0.0001. Pretty crazy that it can still be spent as good money, but you'd need 10,000 of them to buy a can of soda which is about 1,000 Won.
