I found this 1991 cent roll hunting. Is it a doubled die reverse? Thanks.

What are you seeing as doubled? If you are referring to the outside edge of the devices near the rim, that is split plating on that area. Everything else looks normal from the image provided?

The DDRs I have for this date are for extra columns in the last three bays (usually two). Yours looks normal in that regard.

I think it's got all the signs of double hubbing. The separation on E P U is too profound to be Die Deterioration, while there iij a aonw split plating it also appears to be a doubled die

In a word, no. The images I posted years ago are showing what exactly that I see, Split plating. Not hub doubling. Big difference.
