Appears I overestimated the value. A PCGS VG-8 just sold for $305 on Heritage. Here is the link. http://coins.ha.com/itm/twenty-cent...7697.s#Photo

I'll go a bit higher at F-15.

The coin generally comes poorly struck, with weakness commonly found on Liberty's head, the shield and LIBERTY. On the reverse, weakness is often found on the eagle's head, central breast feathers, and the top of the wings on the reverse.

Could someone explain the rating system to me? Should I just list this on ebay? It looks like there are several that are not selling. What makes this one any more valuable? Thx ;)

Looks F-12 to me. The grading scale goes from 1 to 70. 1 is so worn you can just barely identify the date and type, and 70 is absolutely flawless in every way.
