Don't forget if you rotate the coin to the right if it is off say 1 degree than it will straighten you coin the opposite way.Here is your coin with that one degree to fix it.

It is not a unique coin - two examples (same date and die rotation) are being offered in the November 2016 TCNC Torex auction (Lots #583 and #584). They have optimistic opening bids of $750 and $1000, respectively.
