Hi all, I'm just new on the forum but have been coin collecting for a very long time. My main reason for this post is because I received a $50 note with odd stamp markings on it. I have never seen these before and the seem to be sublimated in with the rest of the ink. it is as if if was printed like this. One is a circle with '33' inside it and on the other side is like a triangle with a euro, yuan and us dollar signs in it. If anyone could tell me what this is or why its there, would be much appreciated.

They are stamped on by bank tellers and others long after they leave the mint and have no value. The modern day equivalent to chop marks.
