PCGS Minor Variety

Noted on ebay today a 1962 Double Nosed Queen in a PCGS AU55 holder (item no 181562576306), holder number 30509524. Interesting that the holder has it as a Minor Variety on the top line and DDO on the bottom. So was this slabbed at the same cost as normal '62 pennies or do they charge error coin rates? Also if the customer can ask for this sort of info to be added to a slab can he also ask for details like Minor Variety English Obverse or Minor Variety Different Numeral Font? (such as in 1952).
If so I'll be getting my variety coins slabbed (if at error rate then $60+ a coin).
