My guess would be VG to F details. Lots of damage to coin however and am not sure I can see a date.

4321,  to CCF This is an interesting coin to grade. The date is in question. The coin is old and looks like a Liberty Cap. Lets see what the CCF members think.

If you can see the date then is VG Details. I believe that I see a 5.

 to CCF. The coin you posted is a Liberty Cap Half Cent, head facing right. I'd say VG details, damaged. By the faint trace of the last digit I can see, I'd say that it is either a 1795 or a 1796. EAC collectors will come along soon and tell you more about it.
