westernsky Pillar of the Community United States 7622 Posts	Posted 10/25/2014 6:50 pm The 3 1/2 leg Buffalos have a very weak, partial lower front leg. The rear leg almost looks moth eaten and the hoof at the bottom of the rear leg is missing and almost comes to a point. You can find good photos of slabbed 3 1/2 leggers by searching the Heritage.Com website completed items archives. Your pictured coin is not a 3 1/2 legger. Keep searching because they do turn up in bulk lots. I have found several of them over the years. Report this Post to the Staff
