I was photographing my Dansco 7070 this weekend, and this coin I never remembered looking so good. What do you grade, and would it get a FH designation? I dont collect SLQs, just have 2 in my type set.

I'd grade it MS-66 FH

I'm speechless! It's absolutely stunning!

That high a grade, combined with the Full Head designation, makes for a hefty premium. You oughta have that baby certified!

I'd also say FH. I'm seeing what looks like friction on her leg. I could be wrong but AU58FH would be my guess.

Wow! That is stunning! I'll go MS-65 FH. That's a beautiful example. I have one graded NGC MS-64 FH and this looks to be a nicer coin by these pics!

Thanks everyone! While I'm tempted to send it off now, I think it will stay in the 7070 for a while. Rest assured, at some point this coin will be graded.

That's a beauty, I would not go as high as the others though. Looks to be a solid MS-64FH, no higher. Vermontensium pointed out a slight amount of wear on the leg, I think he may have a point, I see something there as well, not sure what though. Still I'd stick to 64FH.

Basically a nice coin but what is the weird toning in the gown folds below the shield and around the inside of the rim on the obverse? Almost looks like milk chocolate. Also, some dark toning in the center reverse. Definitely a full head. I'm in the AU 58 club.

I'm wondering if what looks like toning is from the lighting. I see the same thing to the right of the shield and the rim at about 9:00.

Wow! That is a great coin!
I think the TPG's will give it at least MS64. The amount of detail in the head is amazing!

I'm at 58 too. I can see some light hairlines on a few places on the reverse. The color is also just a tad off for a true MS coin.
