Today's Delaware State News has two small articles covering the event.

I wanted to give everyone a rough idea of the goodies.

Prizes include:

1/10th ounce 2005 AGE
2005 ASE
Statehood Quarter maps
1794 Dollar puzzles
1787 Brasher Doubloon puzzles
1933 St. Gauden "copies"
Various Australian coins including some Proof issues.

Highlights mixed into the lot to be searched:

A nice "VG" 1922 Plain Lincoln Cent strong reverse
A nice "G" 1909-S Lincoln Cent
A complete run of 1910-1930 "S" Lincolns
1917 Walking Liberty in "AG"
1998 Roosevelt dime "clipped"
1787 Connecticut Copper weak AG
1916-S Mercury dime "G"
1853 Fractional Gold quarter "G"

Now there are many other coins mixed in including Half Cents, Large Cents, Flying Eagle cents, Indian cents, Lincolns, Two Cent, Three Cent Silver and nickel, Half Dimes, Liberty nickels, Jefferson "war" Nickels, Barber dimes, Mercury dimes, Roosevelt dimes, Barber quarters, Standing Liberty quarters, Washington quarters, State Quarters, Walkers, Franklin's, Kennedy, Morgan dollars, Peace dollars, Ike dollars, SBA, and Sac Dollars.
There is roughly $100 face in silver.

Now, just so everyone knows, the 1922 Plain Cent was NOT supposed to be mixed in. This was an error on my part. I bought the coin along with many other raw wheats, and in an act of shear stupidity, I threw the coin in with all the other coins. As there was 6000 coins in the bucket, I did not wish to take the time to pick out the coin.
So after a few tears and choice words (no these were not family oriented words), I decided to leave the coin in for the kids. I figured what better press could I have than for some kid to find a $600 cent.

I will of course make (another) "buy" offer if the coin is found and identified. With my luck some 5 year old will find it and not even look at the date.

Everything is looking like it will be great for the event. The weather will be good and hot (about 90 degrees) and possible late afternoon showers. (30 percent chance)
There is NOTHING else going on even close, (other than church), so we are expecting a really good turn out.

I will complete one final interview today. On Monday I will upload many pics of the event here on the forum. (or more than likely have Susan do it)

So until Monday, I wish all of you a great weekend.
