I found this tonight and it pretty much looks like the CC 1995-D 1DDR-001, except it has something different. According to Coppercoins the doubling on the tops of columns 2-5 may or may not be some form of Machine Doubling, but the CC coin doesn't have the extra (raised) bar above column 6. Is this just a die gouge or something else. I would appreciate all opinions, thank you.

Looks like a die dent on that bay. I've seen this before on a 1993 cent:

If it were a doubled die, the other ceiling areas would have the marks in the same direction in the surrounding bays.
