I found this in a soda machine at work. The filled D caught my eye and later the filled "In". I'm curious if this is PMD or an actual error and if so what kind?

Just a worn die. The other details are mushy too. See the lines coming out the middle toward the edges? That die is ready to be retired.

the mushy details of the devices and the die flow lines tells me that it was struck by a worn die.
