Can-Someone-Identify-This-Hammered-Coin-Please?

Any help is appreciated as I don't have a clue with this one. Doesn't appear to be of 'English' origin but that's as much as I can tell

From the image on the obverse it looks like an issue by an (arch-) bishopric (or monastery or abbey).
Unfortunately cannot make out the first char after the "+" on the reverse which seems to be followed by "ANCTA", perhaps Sancta fallowed by the name of a female saint - but this is pure guess work, don't want to lead you in a wrong direction.

Very interesting coin.

I'm going to move it over to the Ancient and Medieval coin section for more comments.

Good find 'platinrubel'
So, not the name of a female saint but rather the "Heilige Koeln" (Holy Cologne) as the city which first industrialised the manufacture of perfum was known in the middle ages.
