Everything crossed at the PCGS grade. The 1936 cent is now rightly desiginated red bown. I thought the 1938 10 Litu was a lock for at least 64. Oh well.
I find that NGC seems to grade stricter for world coins. This has been reflected in auction prices as well. Even just looking at the population reports the vast majority of Lithuanian coins are in NGC holders.
