Hello SilverDot, and welcome to the forum!

I'd peg your coin at about the AU53 grade level. It may have been cleaned but if so the cleaning wasn't too severe. The worst mark on your coin is the long scratch below Liberty's eye. This looks like a "reeding mark" which was likely produced when the edge of another dollar banged into your coin. It happened a lot since Morgan dollars were stored in $1000 face value canvas bags. Every time the bags were moved the coins rubbed against each other which created lots of abrasions.

I would advise against sending your coin to PCGS, just because it is a common-date Morgan and the grading and shipping costs will probably exceed the value of the coin. Instead, I would use that money to purchase another nice Morgan and expand my collection!

From your picture it look EF-AU not cleaned but a better picture would confirm that its not cleaned.

It could be anywhere from AU-50 cleaned to MS-63, but it's hard to tell from scans.

On another note: why do you want to send it to PCGS?

I would go with AU-50. It doesn't appear to be cleaned.

The only reason for sending it to PCGS would be to find out if it was really worth anything. My camera does not take good pictures. What would be a good camera to get. Thanks for all your help

Cleaning can be hard to detect in scans. I don't see any hairlines or indicators of harsh cleaning, but the color looks a little off for scans, so it may have been lightly cleaned or dipped.

I do not believe this coin to be uncirculated; therefore, I would suggest sending it to ANACS instead of PCGS. The value for this coin jumps at MS63. ANACS will slab a cleaned or problem coin which PCGS will not. It has been my experience that ANACS is very consistent in their grades and they are significantly cheaper than PCGS. You can download their submission forms from their site at http://anacs.com/
