MS-64 RB, but the rim damage above the "W" in "WE" hurts. Big enough for Details?

What a great looking coin with the cart wheel luster..
Too bad about the rim damage, otherwise it would go MS65RB

This coin is gorgeous. The luster is so mesmerizing that I almost didn't notice the rim damage. MS64RB.

Thank everyone! i'll take it as a MS64RB then!

However, there is one concern I have with this coin. As you can see (especially on the obverse), the fields and Lincoln's cheeks are a little toned. I've previously heard that dipped coin gives this tone. Does anyone know if this is common for copper pennies or if it was indeed dipped?

MS-62RB, lots of surface marks. The rim hit on obverse at 12 O'Clock is an issue.
