Poll Question
I noticed a defect in the reverse proof in my set. I'm considering returning it, but the other ones look great. With my luck, I'll end up with a set where the other coins don't look good. I'm pretty sure they require a return of the whole set.
Picture is in first post.

They require you to return the whole set. Maybe you can order a new set to see if you get a better one, if not you can return it. At least then you won't take the chance of being stuck with a worse set then what you have.

So apparently the Mint does not do exchanges anymore. You have to return the product and reorder it. I suppose I'm fine with this now, but what happens if you need an exchange on a product that sold out?

I say if you are planning to submit it for grading then send it back. If you plan to leave it in the original package then just keep it (unless it really bothers you).

Buy a new set, replace the defected reverse proof with the new one, and send that set back

Yes, just buy a new set and keep the best coins and send the other ones back for a refund
