Belize 50 cents, AU.

Cashier at a store gave it to me.

Larger than a quarter, smaller than a half dollar.

I've been to Belize, but I don't think I saw one of these.

I found my first silver quarter in my aunt's big coffee can, 1956. In a roll of cents, I found a plastic penny. It's probably kid's money but it is amazingly accurate and almost indistinguishable from a Lincoln save for weight.

I've found some of those too, I used to have them sitting on top of my computer monitor at work and the customers thought they were the neatest thing. "Hey- what's wrong with this penny?" That was until a- we got new flat screen monitors, and b- my boss didn't decided he didn't like the "clutter".

I finally found something worth posting this week. Actually I didn't find it, one of my co-workers did, but she said I could have it. It's a 1958-1988 dual dated Charles De Gaulle 1 Franc. Pretty cool, this is the first one like this I've seen!
