Just looking through my change tonight, and I found a 1941 D Jefferson nickel, EF. High rim. Very nice coin.

I found a 1941 Mercury dime in excellent (not graded yet) condition, everything is still very very readable, about 17 days ago in my coin drawer at work. Two days later I found a Buffalo nickel in my drawer, but it's too worn to read the date. Still, nice finds!

A convenience store clerk gave me a $10 bill from her cash register. Series 1950, and in very fine condition.

During my time as a casher, I have found 1 Buffalo nickel, 1 Indian Head penny, and countless lincoln wheat cents. Also every once in a while I get some Canadian cents

1978 D Quarter.
Obviously, no big deal, except its condition was BU. Somebody must have saved it for many years.

Got a $1 star note in change from the coin shop today. First star I've acquired on my own! My sister's managed to find all the others so far.

Went roll hunting today, bought 200 dollars worth of halves and found one 90 percenter and 2 40 percenters. The funny thing is I had taken every half this bank had not more than 2 weeks ago.

In change from a convenience store, I received a 1988 D Kennedy half dollar. This coin had no reeding. I have received several, and have posted about them, with no reeding. So, the find was unusual in two ways -- just getting a Kennedy half dollar in circulation, and the fact it had no reeding.

I found this 1945 D Quarter in my wife's pocket change while in China. Having never found a pre-65 quarter before, it seemed odd I had to go all the way to china to find one . Enjoy!
