I would have answered you earlier but I thought the discussion
on ICCS flips should run for a while. Concerning the ICCS flip
containing the Pr 65 dollar. "What would it grade now" How ICCS
would approach this now I do not know.The coin will be going to
PCGS where it will be graded as a Sp.

Good point Everest - I have a 1951 1-cent, graded ICCS PL-63, in an older flip.

Most people know that PL 1-cent coins were not made in 1951. After I bought the coin a couple of years ago, I showed it to Brian Cornwall, who said that in the earlier days, some assumptions and mistakes were made, and it would be most certainly in a specimen holder now. For now - I have kept in the older PL flip, as a discussion point with members of our coin club, that to err, is human.
