Yes they are cheap, but they are interesting. At one time I actually saw a date set someone had put together. They were all circulated but they had chosen pieces with smooth surfaces and nice brown color. It was a very pleasing and not a whole lot of money. but it wouldn't be a real easy set to put together because it would take awhile to find nice pieces.
Some more information on your coin, it is KM 152.3 issued for the Dutch East Indies by the Dutch Province of Zeeland.
These Duits were produced by the Dutch government (Crowned Arms of Holland, a left facing rampant* lion), West Friesland (two left facing lions passant**) lions , Gelderland (shield with two rampent lions, one right facing one left facing) , Utrecht (shield with bend dexter*** supported by two lions), and Zeeland (Top half of the rampant lion bottom half of the shield is waves).
These Duits began in 1726 and lasted through 1794 They comein both copper and silver but the silver oneswere mostly made as collector or presentation pieces. Many did enter circulation but probably passedas a higher denomination. the copper coins wermade in very large numbers and circulated extensively. The high mintages keep them low cost today and in VF most issues catalog for under $10. The highest is a KM 136 1756 from West Friesland at $50 in VF. This is a one year only variety. (There is also a 1741 Utrecht piece which is unique,so you can forget that one.)
There are probably a couple hundred coins in the complete copper set and it includes many overdates and varieties.
* Rampant, lion is reared up on its hind legs.
** Passant, Lion is on three legs with one fore paw raised.
*** Bend dexter, A band sloping down from upper left to lower right.
