I'm jingling around a thin 1814 dime, 1872-s and 1875-s quarter eagles, a scratched 1856-s quarter, an 1897 swedish 2 kroner, an 1872 finnish 2 markka, a 1911 english half crown and a 1911 newfie half. It goes without saying that none of these coins has the remotest chance of slabbing....what are you carrying? "Two minutes ago I would have sold my chances for a tired dime." Fred Astaire

I have a little lint in them right now. Normally just average change, but I do like to carry a couple dollar coins and a half or to. Nothing exiting

4 Toonies. Anything smaller than a Loonie goes into the jar and gets recirculated when I search rolls.

A 1957-D Franklin half(my pocket piece for two years now) that was my first Franklin purchase as a kid and a Washington dollar that I have been carrying since April to see how well it wears with extended usage.

A Wachovia Visa check card. I spend real cash and coins too fast and have no idea where they went. Jim

Never, ever carry change. As soon as I get any, it goes into a drawer with a place for coins. When full, moved to a Tootsie Roll Bank and from there to a bag distinned for the Bank. I seldom even carry dollar bills. If a plastic card can be used, I use it. Someday soon a kid will be saying "Grandpa, what was the stuff you old people talk about called money?"

I just got a 2001-D Dime and 1992-D Cent in change from my soda, along with some keys and more of the lint that seems to be going around...

I have a tube of Carmex! My job doesn't let me carry things in my pockets. I build Toyota Tundras for a living and anything hard that might cause damage to the painted surfaces isn't allowed.

I usually carry coins in a leather pouch. If I get change that looks interesting I take it out at home and put it in a flip. I have a lot of very average coins that I just happen to like and keep - I can't figure out why , but I guess that's why I'm a collector of coins more than an investor.

I've been carrying around a cleaned AUish 1960D Franklin for the last few months. Trying to wear it down to a more natural looking XF :)
