On first smaller coin I could read Ferdinan(d) so my guess is Ferdinand I (1558 - - " 1564)? Therse is no picture of other site because there is nothing to see there.
Second coin is very beat up all I could read is DEI like in DEI GRATIA...

Agree with your reading of Ferdinand on the top image, but there are many different issues of Ferdinand I and Ferdinand II because they had sovereignty over different countries/states.

My reading of the second image is:

Black are markers (+ is the top) and red are letters.

Need to rest my eyes, then I might give the third image a shot.

So, it's a Polish coin.

Here is a link http://www.medievalcoinage.com/gallery/poland.htm

If you scroll down to 'Alexander Jagiellon (1501-1506)' you see pictures of what your coin likely is, namely:
a Half Groschen from his reign.

Thanks for the compliment 'chrsmat71', once you get used to the different scripts used and the style of inscriptions on those coins it's gets a little easier.

Sorry 'mvojnovic', since there is little information on your coin you need to get lucky to attribute it. There are plenty of Ferdinands around, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ferdinand (and this does not include nobility of lower rank) and several of those falling into a suitable time range issued coinage in several realms/cities.
