Hello everyone, I have a PCGS voucher that I need to use and I'm yet to decide which coins to send, can you help grading these two 1892S & 1903S Morgans, Wanted to have your input to compare with my own idea of these coins grading. Will be posting more photos of other Morgans later Thanks all 1892-S 1903-S

I see the 1892-S as VF. And the 1903-S as at best F.

Relative grades aside, submit the 1892-S; it's the greater rarity, more often faked, and thus benefits the most from certification.

I'd say VF20 and F12. Send the 1892 S

I agree with the other opinions,
1892-S VF
1903-S F12
The "s" does look small on the 1903....good call by NLP on checking it out.

VF-25 and F-12
The 1892 S looks genuine when compared to the AliExpress examples.

Thanks guys for the inputs, much appreciated. Looks like there's a majority of F12 for the 1903s and VF20 for the 1892s, I was thinking VG10 / VF25 so it's always good to have different opinions :) Thanks NLP for spotting that micro S, I did go through thr VAM website page and it looks like my coin has a Micro S. Now I have a question, if I submit it to PCGS, are they going to detect the VAM variety by themselves and put it on the holder description or is it an optional service? Thanks again

The '92-S looks like it has an old cleaning on the obverse.

They will attribute it as VAM 2 Small S. It is an optional service that cost $24. Same goes with mint errors. Even if you have the most obvious mint error (for example, 60 degree rotated dies) they wont attribute it unless you pay the fee. For example: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1878-CC-PCG...em5afe82f827

I agree with the others here, both coins are probably worth having certified today, as both are often counterfeited by chinese dies, and they both have a good value attached to them. PCGS would get you the most value when reselling them, if that is your intention.
