PF 65 for sure, maybe 66 if they take in account the originality of the toning. Most of them I see have been dipped to death.

Very pretty coin.

What won't be evident from a photo such as this is how many hairline scratches there might be. View at an angle under a halogen lamp or in direct sunlight. A lot of hairlines will adversely affect the grade, and possibly your decision whether to submit it or not.
