I have yet to get confirmation of finding a double die but you all have given me incredible feedback and encouragement to keep trying. Here is what I believe to be a 1995 D DDO, please take a close look, I am seeing the strongest doubling in the words "In God We Trust" and "liberty", I believe the face shows doubling, especially the top of Lincolns hairline and his chin area. The date us not as easily noticed but I see the serif split in the close up picture. I would not have given this coin a second glance as I do not look closely at the 1995 D dates but the entire obverse appears blurry/doubly to the naked eye. Thank you in advance, your input is always helpful.

Hi Tiffany - can you get pictures with less glare? Try Coop's special light diffusion technique (a.k.a. white plastic grocery bag between light and object). The first picture looks promising but it could be glare or refraction.
