I came across this Kennedy half dollar on ebay & noticed it had what I believe a clip. The seller made no mention of it in the listing so I went ahead & bid & won. I feel confident it is a clip but would it be considered a ragged clip or am I wrong about the whole thing?. Thanks for any input

I think it is indeed a ragged clip.

It looks like a minor incomplete planchet. I can't tell if it is a straight or curved clip, but I do see the Blakesley affect opposite the area in question on reverse.
