I bought 5 2 mark German silver coins. In EF condition. 4 of them were OK or in Acceptable condition of that grade. I am no expert in grading but it seemed in EF condition. This is the 5th coin. Let me know EF or just fine?

We have no idea what condition the coin is in underneath the rust that seems to be attached to it. But I'm guessing whatever is used to get the accretion off will reduce the technical grade to below EF.

Unless, of course, it's a steel counterfeit. Does it stick to a magnet?
