I bought this one recently..
The surface looks a bit likes it suffer from environmental damage.. so this one wouldn't grade?

I'm not really familiar with this series, my guess is XF40 details.. ?

Any opinions are welcome.. Thanks in advance..

The whole coin has an odd look to it, almost like it was restored/acid etched. But I would have thought all the brown crud would have come off if acid restored, so...
