I'll call it an XF due to the full crown band, but facial wear. It's a nice example. Value, anywhere from $12.50 to $25, depending on what you want for it.

Try for all the NZ coins of 1934, they all feature nice Maori artifacts or designs, wildlife, and aren't hard to locate in XF or better.
