Hey, the seller's description is right. There are only 15 known. This one is not one of them

jerryc39 posted a topic on one he found on ebay just three days ago. Just goes to show that ebay is only looking for the bottom dollar with no regards to their reputation.

They also provide historical information you can't find elsewhere:
Total of 13 stars: 7 on the left, 6 on the right. One for each state at the time.
Uh, as of 1803, there were 17 states.

Seller says there are "only 15 coins in the world!" but fails to explain "why" more than 100 pop up on ebay every month! I guess all the other ones are counterfeit and only his is real?

This seller registered on 02/01/11 and has a zero feedback rating. I wonder how many times Bobby has had this "zero's" auctions nuked?

Most likely a hijacked account. They send out emails to long time members with no history and tell them if they don't log in within seven days their account will be deleted. Of course there's a link to log in and it goes to a clone of ebay's log in page and emails them the credentials when submitted. Scary easy to do. I could set it up in less than 15 minutes.
