Just an overused die. The lines coming from the middle toward the edges are called radial flow lines. The doubling seen behind Roosevelt's head is Die Deterioration Doubling. Nice die crack on the torch though.

Looks also like a MAD. (misaligned die)

Great images of the full coins. Note the second one is a little darker on one side than the other. I use a thin coin to put under the ramp to get the images full surface to make the whole coin the same lightness. It takes a little more time to get that right, but a great image does make a difference.

The reverse die is about a VLDS where the obverse die is a late MDS. (The small lines on the 4 area make it a later die state to me, but the rest of the die looks pretty good on the obverse.)

Thanks a lot coop. Your opinion is a big compliment to me. But because you are always right I think your pictures are greatest.
Up to now I made pictures with one lamp and have to change it. But and photo camera is not so good.
I'm attaching one picture more and will wait for your opinion.
Thanks again!

That is the common MD of the outside edge of the bust. I've always mentioned in my comments about the this "uusally" this is Machine Doubling. I did find an example on John Wexler's site that is a hub doubling. On it you can see the rounded hub doubling:

You coin has the machine damaged example. Note the flatness of the design on that area?
On the hub doubled example it is rounded.
