This one is in a problem-free NGC holder. The surfaces a bit unusual with a slight glossy shine apparent. Any scratches are on the holder.

XF-45, fairly close to AU in my opinion. Nice looking coin! What is the round circle-like impression above liberty's head?

Joe, I was wondering about that too.

It looks like XF-45 but if you resubmitted it, it might get a details grade because of the impression. It looks like someone attempted to put a hole in it.

That is a contact mark. It looks like it took a solid hit many years ago because it has the same tone/patina as the surrounding area.
