I think what you are seeing on the B is reduction lath doubling. This shows as an extra vertical bar on the B . Not sure what you are seeing on the E. Then again I have admitted to being blind at times !

The "B" and the "E" looks bolded to me compared to the other letters this might be because of circulation or it could be because of a mint error

That is normal on several years on the wheat cents:

The extra thickness, also the notch at the bottom and top of the "B" and at the lower left of the "E". The lath doubling, is a new term for me. I'm going to have to look that one up. L Always learning somthing new. Also to add one more thing. It almost has a grain in it, that looks like a lamination error, but there is no chipping or cracking. Couldn't get a good photo of that.

With my setup, I take many pics. Trying different settings on my phone. White balance. My phone gives me the option to choose what kind of Lighting I'm shooting in. Such as incandescent, daylight, or florescent lights. Which is why I have so many pics of the same thing, but in different shades of color. Trying to get every bit of detail as possible. I just got the new Samsung note 4. It has an 8 times magnifier, plus I shoot through my jewelers loop. Also, I have an HD camera option. (I have to turn off) it smoothes out the details. These are the best photos I have taken thus far.

I have the Iphone 5s and it takes horrible pictures and I dont have the money to go out and buy a magnifier/photo taker. So I'm trying to find a way to get decent pictures without spending 5 grand on a machine

Actually a lot of ppl on here use the I5... you need to talk to AMB. he uses that phone, with the olloclip fisheye attachment, they are excellent. They don't make an olloclip for my phone, otherwise I would get one.
