Found this coin with an odd bar on the obverse at 9o'clock, reverse is normal. Has anyone seen this? the wear on the defect is consistent with the coin.

It may be a lamination but, if that's a die break that is some size break..
It looks like something was stuck on the die to make that mark.

It looks like there is another raised "bar" between the feet and above the date too?
