My father just gave me a $10 bill, Series 2013, and it appears to have been cut really close to the top of the bill. There is very little white space on the top of the front of the bill, and more white space than usual on the bottom of the front of the bill. There also appears to be less white on the top and more white on the bottom of the back of the bill as well. I don't think this bill is from an uncut sheet. The end of the serial number is a ¨98" not a ¨99¨ like the typical 99 on the uncut sheet serials. This bill is still a bit crisp, but also a little raggy like. Does anyone think this bill is worth anything? Now before anyone here says I do not have a camera or any equipment to take and post pictures. So, don't bother. Edited by Fox 12/30/2014 03:04 am

unless part of the design is missing, not really sure if there would be added value other than curiosity. wait for others to give opinions

A bit of visual aid? Sorry it was done on scratch paper. If yours is like the first one I think it's common. It brings a premium if the design gets cut.

SlurExe97 (and I guess, everyone else who replied) Thanks, but, there is absolutely NONE of the design missing. Its close, but no cigar. So, just spend?

Spend it. Not much premium until it starts to cut into the design.

The drawing reminds me of what the Boggs Bills would have looked like when he was in grade school... The older currency collectors would know about his "Art Currency" and purchase items with his own hand made & signed currency, or am I the only old person that remembers viewing pictures of his work. This was before the Internet, and I believe the Feds ended up arresting him for Counterfeiting, even though his Notes looked nothing like genuine USA Currency... I welcome any additional information as time has erased most of what I read back then, it may have been in the old Coin World newspapers when Coin World looked just like local newspapers, long before their magazine format.
