My thoughts are PC59-321 OBV32--REV E33 and I would think at least VF15 plus

judging by wear only it would be EF40. But there are too many dings. My final answer is VF35

I guess I am tough on grading but I will come up to VF20+ but no more ( as already stated too many dings)
