It looks like a MAD to me, but I'm not familiar with how thick the rim should be on the reverse.

I'm inclined to agree with partial collar, I definitely don't think it's a MAD because you can see rim separation on both sides.

The fin on the rim tells me it a partial collar. Why he didn't have images of that makes me wonder? Price seem a bit high to me.
