Capped-Die?

I decided to go through my odd die category. So I would like to apologize ahead of time for all the pictures I'm about to post. 8 months or so of collecting. It's amazing how much I was able to throw back, from everything I have learned from being apart of this forum. Thanks everyone. First post begins now.

IMO it's either been struck in a very late die stage, or it's been treated with acid/buried for a while. Possibly both.

Edit: actually at a second look the rolled rim makes me think it's a Dryer Coin

It is from a VLDS die and the devices are breaking down. The heavy die flow in the fields and the break down of the devices tells me it is ready to be retired. Note how the USA and the motto are touching the rim area. Die wear is showing strong in these areas. It is not a coin from a capped die as the rims would be beveled more like the another coin posted on a different thread. Also with a capped die, the regular devices would be wear/missing. Just a tired die.
